Yes, all the devices will be off. The outlets are set to "off" by default. We have firmware version 2.2.4, I don't know if that has been changed in the newer firmwares. This brings me to one negative, the only I can think of, against these units--they need to be sent back to the manufacturer for firmware upgrades. One of the units is at least 4 years old, just like Timex--"takes a licking, and keeps on ticking".

It seems like chele has an older model that they don't sell anymore, the PC-8000. All of the current models have a firmware update function built into the web interface.
