I just got word that the house we put a contract on in the Woodlands area of Houston was accepted so it looks like I have a new house for my birthday. Mine here out in Parker sold in 8 days, amazing!
Will be moving to the Houston area but will keep a watch on this Dallas forum since this has been home for so long.
