For me the DC server is coming up faster for me for download. I can actually hit a negative fluff speed of 49.5 mbs from there compared to 47mbs from Asburn. But Asburn shows a better negative fluff upload at 19mbs compared with 16mbs for the DC site.

The Comcast speedtest site seems to be consistent. Certainly many times more consistent than the FIOS speed test site. With the Comcast site I'll hit my new negative fluff speed of 49.3mbs down and around 19mbs up for the negative fluff for upload.
