There is no way anybody is going to wait over a month. As I indicated before, we have HD boxes for all customers in Des Moines. If anyone wants to PM me their customer# or send me one of these "waiting lists" I will get it resolved. |

Well, I think the story goes something like this. There was a shortage in certain locations some time ago. That lead to a waiting list. Now they've called those on the waiting list but perhaps not everyone has been reach. And although there isn't a shortfall now, perhaps certain individuals in customer service are not aware the issue was resolved some time ago. |
