gdicus : Internet Service has gone down three time in the last few months after working fine for over a year, maybe two years.

Each time I called it in it wound up being a general outage. This last time I was told about 400 subscribers were down.

I just got a call from a pushy DSLX representative telling me that I have to downgrade and that the ticket has been closed, even though the Internet is still down ( 4 days later) She had a take it or leave it disposition. You know, the kind of attitude you get from somebody that doesn't care about what you think because, in the end, it doesn't matter.

I didn't put two and two together until I hung up the phone. After checking my account, I discover that I just re-uped the contract a couple of months ago....

There are some funny things going on over here these days.
