I like how the "signage" blamed an overwhelming demand. I had ample time to read it while waiting in a line for 10 minutes while one of the CSRs spent that time trying to figure out when a particular show was on that her customer was asking about...yes, seriously. I promise not to attempt to subscribe to any additional Mediacom services. Someone else can have the HD box I won't be using.
