There are many variables to consider when someone uses a quality of service test. For a decrease in "speed," once again there are many favors to think of when your speed decreases during game play. Seems there is a lot of *jitter* associated with your connection. Unfortunately some of that is the 'nature of the beast'...
Can't hurt to have the modem swapped, especially if you are renting it from them. |
