Re: Random disconnects - Wise County, TX area In order to help you a few things need to be answered. What type of modem do you have and what is the model number?
When you are losing connection what lights are on/off on the modem?
If you have two modems and both of them are hooked up, you cannot get DSL on both. Which ever modem pulls DSL first will have it. So if you are not using a router but two different DSL modems on the same line both connected, you WILL have issues.
If you are wanting to use 3 comps and a PS3 and do not have some sort of routing device how are they all online at the same time?
