MJ is a cheap phone service. I wouldn't expect much from their "customer support team". When it works, MJ is a great money saver but it isn't for everyone.
Do you enjoy inflicting pain on yourself in order to save a few bucks? For heavens sake move on and forget about MJ. There are plenty of choices in the VOIP ring.

And that comment is pretty much MJ's biggest problem. "Computer caused issues" is what makes MJ a questionable product for mainstream masses. I like MJ but I'd take a SIP desktop adapter anyday over the darn USB device.
