GeekNJ posted : So with it originally misconfigured, if you access a device at 192.168.1.2 it went outside of your network and routed on the internet and into someone elses machine? That seems unlikely as 192.168.1.2 shouldn't route.

Is it possible that you're somehow connected wirelessly to someone's 192.168.1.x network and were accessing it that way?
--
Tweaked your connection? | Mail Parse | Speed Converter

GeekNJ posted : Your description is a bit vague. You misconfigured the internal side of the firewall and then you connected to something and see porn. What are you connecting to and from where? Is the IP address an internal IP you were connecting to from another machine on your lan? Can you ping/tracert to the IP address that was misconfigured? Is it a 192.x or 10.x IP address or a public IP?

How are you browsing the directory that you see 66GB of content?

I'm just trying to figure out if you're seeing something on your LAN or if you're connecting to a machine elsewhere on the Internet.
--
Tweaked your connection? | Mail Parse | Speed Converter
