I do wish the manufacturers would post a close-up picture of the phones' keypads. The last phones I bought online (Phillips DECT non-IP) don't even have a "hold" button on them. Not exactly handy for handing off a call to another person in a different room.
BTW, I am completely in agreement that cordless phones need not be modeled upon cell phones. They should have more dedicated function keys like the outstanding Panasonic cordless phones.
