| Yes, call in. We were upgraded when the tiers changed, took 3 days to take effect, no price change for us that time, we'll see about this time.
So far the information points out that the increased price is trying to cover deployment costs in areas like NYC and other more difficult to work in markets where the infrastructure is either a mess or needs build up to support the fiber rollout. Also, vz seems to prefer billing newly acquired people more to cover these costs, vs the tried and true customers that they've had for a while. We have had fios for a few years now so they seem to treat us as valuable assets in this battlezone market.
