I just got Verizon FiOS last week and they are now coming out with this crap. I called them this morning for the new package and it is more expensive to upgrade is what dude said. He went over the prices and for me to upgrade to their 25/15pkg (which I currently have 20/5) it would cost me like another $30/month. It's like screw that, I mean I would like to the 15 up, but not at that cost. I don't do torrents or anything like that, so the 20/5 is good enough for me!
But it is nice because I do get my 20down & 5up for sure!

P.S. The upgrade I think should be impletemented automatically to existing customers for the same price. This is the 3rd change in service (that I can remember) since FiOS has came out with.
