Upload speed drop

Pardon me if I'm wrong here, but I'd rather have 20/20 than 25/15. It's a 25% decrease in upload speeds...meh.

Hopefully the package sticks around with DSLX.

15/5 is nice though; glad Verizon has intro'd that. Though they're upping prices a bit for it.
