<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1298784"><b>CCat</b></A> : What I have found is if you are erasing a background (or whatever) it is much easier if you have a dark layer under the area you are erasing. You can easily see spots you missed or spots that got over erased. <br>The same for working on vector symbols or whatever. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1298784"><b>CCat</b></A> : Start with a new canvas white or black.<br>Make a new layer and make the smiley circle on that layer.<br>Then make new layers for the eyes, mouth, and whatever else.<br>This way you can select one part and move it around or edit it.<br>After you are satisfied with it delete the original layer and save the image as a png. <br><small>--<br><b><i>Sometimes My Mind Wanders.....Other Times It Leaves Completely!</i></b></small>]]></description>
