What is the population density in those countries? How many people live in urban MDUs versus in rural or suburban single family homes?
I'm sure you wouldn't want to see the cost of living in Japan either. It is absolutely astronomical.
I could live with only 20Mbps speed if it meant that I could afford a fairly decent detached single family home.
i'll bite, Seoul, Tokyo and Japan are 8, 11, and 13. in most populated cities in the world.
