I noticed my last name is misspelled really bad. I called to get it fixed and was told that I would have to visit the local office to get it fixed. Really? Never had that happen before. I have always been able to call and straighten things like that out.

She told me it was for security reasons. What?? Whatever. I said it doesn't bother me in the least..it's your account/billing information that will be screwed.
