They could be going through splitters, VCRs, etc..  Common hookup is "Cable -> VCR -> TV".  <br>A cable could possibly leak if there's an uncapped cable input/output. Nothing is perfect and it does radiate a little but apparently your house is radiating a bit too much so they want to fix it.]]></description>
