I just asked about malware checks because your posted speed result test was way off from Express levels.
If your speed tests are consistently at Express speeds; ~1100 kb/s down and ~300 kb/s up, you could have a misconfigured profile at the aggregation router (it is correct at the DSLAM, or you wouldn't show Pro synch rates). Assuming your malware checks show your computer is clean, I'd post the problem in AT&T Direct.
