The question is which voip providers support G.722 (HD voip)
The VoIP provider Gigaset.net supports G.722.

When you purchase a Gigaset IP phone you get a free VoIP account on Gigaset.net. With this account you can call free of charge to any other Gigaset IP phone in the world using G.722. It works really good and the sound quality is excellent.
Yes, Gigaset.com is a nice feature. If you're buying a phone for yourself and another couple for some family then it may be all you ever need. The registration is automatic and it works well.

However, if you need to call people who use phones other than the Gigasets you may find some value in using another provider as well. Gizmo5 is free, works well with the Gigaset phones, and passes G.722 when possible. So does IdeaSIP & FWD.

There are many providers who offer free SIP accounts, but then charge when you want to call the PSTN. As long as they don't proxy the media they should pass G.722 without a problem.
