I have a trip planned next week where I need a 100-400 lens. I was unable to rent one (poor planning on my part, everyone was out of stock).

So I've got a new one on it's way from B&H, but I really don't need it after next week (I'll be using it on 6/29 & 6/30).

I wanted to offer it up here before I tried to sell elsewhere.

$1250 firm & I'll cover paypal fees & shipping. I can ship it out on 7/2 when I get back from my trip.

Let me know if you're interested. If not, it'll hit craigslist on 7/3

Edit: attaching a quick test image. I find this lens to be very sharp, even at 400mm. attached is a 100% crop of a handheld image at 400mm.. No sharpening done at all, just converted from raw and cropped a 901x901 section

After using this lens with the Puffins in Maine, I've decided to keep it.. It's too sharp to sell
