Omaha, NE | cable should allow 1 dvr fee per house, but charge for each box. |

Des Plaines, IL | cable does not per house fees they have high per box fees and some systems have HD cable card fees on top of outlet and cable card rent.(some systems)
they need to drop the outlet fee that is build into each box. |
