Simply due to the fact you report having a Terayon modem you would probably benefit from a modem upgrade. If you want to PM me the modem's MAC address I can look for other problems for you as well.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem?
I have decent upload speed but very slow download speed and maybe disconnects at random times. This has started since last Thursday. I've reset modem and router several times. Any help is appreciated.
