Solutions that have worked sometimes in the past are:
1. turn the proxy settings on or off. In the Firefox v2 browser starting from the pull down menu select:
Tools\Options...\Advanced\Network\Settings...
If "Direct connection to the Internet" is selected, then you are not using the proxy.
If "Auto-detect proxy settings for this network" is selected, then you are using the proxy.
2. Use a web based proxy to access the site, such as Otunnel.
Both of these methods present different IP address of different servers to the Go Daddy site. |
