it's been a few months since my initial post(2009-04-07). i got in contact with an insight tech on the forums and spoke with him for a day or two then stopped hearing from him.
I am having the exact same issue as in the first post. about 2 weeks after the post i got a call from insight saying that they found out the cause of the issue and they would notify me when it was resolved. it's been almost 3 months and the problem persists. I'm going to give them another call but wanted to update this post in hopes of getting some help again from the techs on this board. |
