Re: Disconnects Every 30 minutes to an hour The ATM fail narrows things down considerably. Once ATM fails all the tests below it will fail eventually although you seemed to catch an ATM failure that hadn't yet propagated to the lower tests.
This could be a modem failure problem, but more than likely AT&T is having trouble with your ATM circuits. Post a [Trouble] thread in AT&T Direct: » AT&T Direct and explain your problem and the ATM failure diagnostics.
I guess you don't have a spare modem to test with? If you did, now would be the time to use it to rule out a problem with your 5100b. |
