Re: [motherboard] Motherboard may have failed? I did that and it does the same thing once the hard drive is hooked up. I have a feeling it's the board. Per XFX I removed the battery and let it sit for atleast 2 minutes to clear the cmos. No jumpers necessary for this process. I have reset the cmos several times with no affect.
