<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1364139"><b>VOIPoTim</b></A> : We replied to this in your ticket, but these issues are tyically fixed 99% of the time by enabling port forwarding on your router.  May newer routes to try to handle everything and do not properly allow the audio connections through.<br><br>--<br>A few issues I've noticed: Several times, I call home. Phone never rings (for me... it does ring at home), and nothing but dead air. I hang up. Wife calls back, wanting to know why I hung up on her. "I could hear you moving around and mumbling..." Same thing has happened when I answer the phone at home. Just dead air. The caller can hear me, but I can't hear them.<br>--<br><br>If you need assistance wit port forwarding, just update your ticket and support can help you with it.]]></description>
