I had no problems with Linksys support team and their equipment. I also thought with Cisco in the picture it would excellent. So far no luck!!
Cisco sells support for a fee. But frankly if you want value, get something like »www.gateworks.com/products/avila/gw2355.php And install m0n0wall, pfsense, or a generic linux distro. It will give you functionality of a $2000 router/firewall.
