North York seems to be an OK place for CIA cable internet. I'm at Bayview/401 and get full speeds (9.8Mbps). Not sure about other areas, but it seems over here speeds are perfect.

Do you know how CIA service is further downtown? Like in the parliament/front area? Or where I could find out?
