Mine does the same thing, at almost the same time and has been doing it for a few years. The modem looses sync - DSL light goes out, then slow blink, than fast blink and then comes on solid.
I have asked about this problem and VOL has not been able to figure it out.
My stats are excellent btw. -- The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.
