Anyway, the D11 receiver should be yours (owned by you) and DirecTV doesn't want it back. Now, if you cancel your service DirecTV will most likely want the H20 back.

I have all of my old receivers just in case, but I also don't pay for the equipment protection plan. Do you have the equipment protection plan? If so, toss the old receivers.

I own my h-20/600 reciever & dish, (purchased a month befor Directv started ONLY leasing their equip) so they won't be getting anything back & yes have the protection plan,
