[TWC] Socal RR having some issues with safari?

Ok. I have had TWC in socal for almost a year. until apple released safari 4 my internet connection was great. now everything feels like i am on dialup. it takes forever for anything to load. I have yet to call twc cuase i know i am going to get the runaround.

here are the stats from my modem

ok a big NM just talked to RR Tech support and looks like all i needed was to powercycle my router. LOL it always ends up being something stupid like that.
