Re: new provisioning question.. Looks like you're maxed out at 1792kbps down. At that data rate, your S/N margin is 10dB, which is about the lowest margin you should have to avoid connection problems.
If you're not already using a whole-house splitter and a 'home-run' to your modem, connect your modem directly to the NID [usually outside] and see if the stats are any better there.
