I call down and the tech support tells me to unplug and replug, and "You should be good" WTF? You're telling me to do what i do all the time, when the internet gets buggy? Weren't Charter Techs prohibited from posting? I'm pretty sure that the UMatter2Charter guys are the only Charter employees authorized to communicate on this board.

By the way, I live near Alabaster and I'm getting great speeds. So clearly there are "Big Issues".
