You need to register here on dslreports.com by clicking on this link »/join/new.

Registration is free and you do not get spam email. You must register to send PMs (private message) which is how BAINCH See Profile sometimes deals with issues involving sensitive information or account information.

Once you login you can just click on his user name and send a message.

I've clicked on his user name but it only said I could instant message him; his e-mail address is private.

You want to send him an instant message (same as private message). That's how he responds.

You are not logged in, until you login you will not be able to send a PM. Go to the top of the page and login.

I have been using opendns for a long time now and do not see DNS issues. Not that mediacom has DNS issues, but there were a few times when I did. I switched my router over to opendns and forgotten about it.

Sorry, I've been away. You can email me at bainch@mchsi.com although I prefer the IM solution (helps me keep communications that start here from getting mixed up with others.)
