• Speed tests will drive you insane. Run the same test 10 times in a row and you will get 10 different results. Which one is right?

• You are dealing with Internet traffic, the route taken, the load on the sever, etc ...

• There are splitters somewhere to the main junction box for the apartment. Your connection is split somewhere (Most likely in your apartment) for the MODEM and TV. It is in the wall.

• Can you get your signals from the MODEM?

Yes they are I just ran the tests over again at all different locations and consistently got over 15Mbps..

Yeah my computer and Tv are in the same room connected to the same outlet does that make a diff? I also have digital phone idk if that matters.

how do you get signals from the modem sorry im confused

Yeah I've tried that opti download a few times and have never broken 700 thats like 40% of my advertised internet speed.

The modem is from RR so they must have changed the default user and pass but anyways I can see 5 Tabs:

System, Signal, Status, Log, EMTA
