How can I reply to you?

I've clicked on his user name but it only said I could instant message him; his e-mail address is private.

You want to send him an instant message (same as private message). That's how he responds.

I have been using opendns for a long time now and do not see DNS issues. Not that mediacom has DNS issues, but there were a few times when I did. I switched my router over to opendns and forgotten about it.

Sorry, I've been away. You can email me at bainch@mchsi.com although I prefer the IM solution (helps me keep communications that start here from getting mixed up with others.)
