| [HN7000S] No service for 2 days I have had no service for over 2days. Called tech support twice, no return calls. My control center shows everything ok except there is no uplink. Also my modem says not commissioned now. I am on Satmex5 1130 Mhz .74 1watt,hn7000s. Anyone else have similar issue? Thanks | |

| Are you delinquent in your monthly payments? If not, you might want to make one more call - but this time to the billing department. Someone there might simply have made a mistake.

| Thanks for the replies from the forum. Just wanted to report that within the last few minutes I now have service again after being out of service since Monday A.M. This is a mystery? Six calls to Hughes, and no high level engineering call backs, as was promised. My hardware and account are fine, something on Hughes end. I am crossing my fingers that it lasts. | |
