How to contact bells managers -> contract issue

I have been put on 3 years contract not knowing that. But I have accepted only two years contract!

My bell states that my contarct ends July 24 2009 and when I call to CSR they tell me it ends in Oct 2010!

How to complain about that and avoid early cancelation fee?. I have tried Kevin Cull;s email but it doesn't work anymore.

Any suggestions?

Didn't we just resolve this a few minutes ago?

you sure it doesn't work?

1) check the address:
kevin.crull@bell.ca

2) Or you can contact the executive office via phone at:
1-866-317-3382

3) If it doesn't work contact Ellen Roseman of the Toronto Star and she can probably help you with her Bell contacts:

her consumer blog is here (She is no stranger to Bell and the garbage they pull):

Her Email is on that webpage (right hand side).

4) If nothing happens, or if you need further help, we can always help you to contact the CCTS:

This is free of charge and they will intervene in the dispute.

You will just have to spend the time to write up a coherent complaint showing all that has happened, including any stuff from employee's who work the forums.

Contact the Better Business Bureau. Make sure have copies of the contract. When you do return the modem save the receipt. In fact don't mail the modem back take it back to bell center.

contacting the BBB is utterly pointless. Big corporations like Bell and Rogers etc totally ignore the BBB!

true but

@videotron.ca

While this is true, it does allow for a documented history open to the public.

So even though they ignore the BBB, the case history is open for all to see, and see how Bell ignores its own customers and an entity acting as an intermediary on behalf of the people.

Apparently not.

Failing the executives office your last course of resolution would be through the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services. »www.ccts-cprst.ca/en/

Be warned however, despite their boilerplate mandate, their methodology is hardly accessible, impartial, timely, efficient and informal manner.

How effective is the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services at resolving disputes? It's a mixed bag, according to our case study - Source: »www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2008···cts.html

It's well known they ignore the customer ... even putting it to the BBB is pointless. The CCTS is the place to go.

The companies can request stuff be removed from the BBB site.

The BBB is a scam. If your company gives them money to be a member you are "treated" a certain way. Get it.

Mysterious things happen depending on the amount of money your firm spends. Bell and Rogers are so big and get so much press that the BBB is all but irrelevant.

Not true ... but they don't have teeth, so they are largely ignored. The only teeth they have is if the firms volunteer to become members of the BBB. Rogers and Bell are NOT members of the BBB.

Peter Principle

@cgocable.net

BBB is first and foremost a business. Follow the money. Often members only sign up to counter negative reviews.

As an institution there used to be a more accurate portrayal of member companies. This has been usurped by profit and even corporate survival.

Sad, but reality, in the age of Internets.

Doesnt bell have a rating of "F" in the BBB?

Pretty sure you cant do worse then that.

If there was worse, Bell would have a Z rating!

.
Actually, a 'ZZZ' rating !

...Which itself could be interpreted 2 ways :

Either as a 'Triple Z' rating,

Or, by recognizing 'ZZZ' as being a snoring sound, implying that Bell is frequently ''Asleep at the SWITCH !'' (Uh-Oh, Bonus Pun Alert !)
