EPA-Fast and Protected Access Credentials

My question is in regards to PACs and their expirations. This is new wireless setup and the network team decided to use EAP-FAST with automatic PACs. I’m looking to see if anyone knows what happens to a laptop that is connected to the wireless and their PAC expires? From what I can tell there is no grace period setup and up until yester day the PACs were good for 7 days now it is 30. Will the laptop say connected and just wait for the next time the PC reconnects to the network to get a new PAC or will it drop connect and force the user to disconnect and reconnect to the SSID to get a new PAC?

TIA

I don't know.

It seems I'm one of the few on this forum who deals with 802.1X stuff, and since no one has replied yet I thought I'd respond and get your hopes up a little to let you know that someone is watching. Hopefully the other guys have more conclusive answers for you. I almost always deal with the more common EAP implementations such as EAP-TLS and PEAP (and on occasion, TTLS), but almost nothing on EAP-FAST, even though some at my job work with it.
