Re: att dsl sales reps oversold dsl speeds There often seems to be lack of communication between sales and tech. Sales kept trying to sell me Pro because they thought I was on an available RT, but that kept getting refused because I was 12,000' from CO.
Have you tried the AT&T Direct forum here? They got me moved to the RT (1600') for Pro, and then Elite speeds. Although, I initially had the usual "they forgot to update the download profile for Elite" which AT&T Direct resolved for me. So AT&T Direct is a good place to try first for techincal issues. Just be patient (they cannot do everything instantly). |
