Checking USG User Guide and CLI Guide, the bootbase commands are nowhere documented so let me post them just for reference.

This command is for restoring the "recovery image" (xxx.ri).                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
Use This command only when                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
1) the console displays "Invalid Recovery Image" or                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
2) the console freezes at "Press any key to enter debug mode within 3 seconds"                                                                                                                                                                                                 
   for more than one minute.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
Note:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
Please exit this command immediately if you do not need to restore the                                                                                                                                                                                                         
"recovery image".
