Re: A year later, & now I get 3 monthly statements from ViaTalk

I get three statements - one for E911, one 911 recovery fee and one Regulatory Recovery fee.

However for the first time this month my credit card is charged only once for the total rather than 2-3 individual charges.

Baby steps towards progress, I suppose.

Great progress. We're now up to 3 monthly statements a month from ViaTalk.

Further, each email says:
"This is just a courtesy message to inform you that your package has been automatically renewed. "
When I'm on an annual plan that only renews annually.

»Your Monthly Statement is Enclosed

This was reported and was supposed to be fixed a year ago.

I'll say it again, if every bill I get came 3 times a month in email, I'd never get anything done, and neither would anyone else.

How about 1 statement per month? surely some of your progammers receive bills from utilities or credit cards that they almost certainly receive once per month. use those as models.

Simpler still would be just to have a single annual payment for everything instead of all this needless noise.
