First is first, I don't have the modem that was issued to me. We've had ATNT (SBC) since 2000, and they gave us that old router a Speedstream 5100 with 4 lights, and back then, I didn't really care how good was my Internet. A few years ago we moved to where we are now, and eventually got ATNT for Internet service provider again, and they gave us a new modem, a Siemens SpeedStream 4200, but it broke after a year. So I remembered I had the Speedstream from a long time ago, so I used it after the Siemens. I saw how I had a pretty crappy connection, I always disconnected and stuff, but not really bothered to do something about it until now. Now that I have a PS3, I experience bad connections, and the problem I've had since I switched the modems years ago was that my internet dropped a lot, and now its bothering me. 0.63 mbps.
