And being new to Vonage, how often does that happen where the VOIP service itself goes down without the Internet being the culprit (so the ABN would stay connected)? Just trying to see if it's worth the money since it seems to work fine the way it is and the VOIP has been flawless since we got it.
For me 2 times in 7 years... - I am running my Alarm (not compatible with Netalarms ABN) over Vonage since then we no issues. Everytime I test it works fine. The two times I had a false alarm (flaky motion sensor and flaky door contact) it worked fine... -- I am addicted to speed --- OOL speed that is ---
