almost same happened to me. I called them two times for speed and asked for a special price if I sign 12 months contract. No was the flat answer from CRS and even in Bell Direct Forum. When I gave notice two days before they all come up with special pricing for 12 months which I rejected. My usage is never above 25GB. Now I moved back to Rogers by end of month. I am happy with Bell service but unhappy with Bell CSR/Bell Direct forum.
