VPN get disconnected

Hi There,

I just got my Acanac DSL internet setup for about 4 weeks. The reason I ordered the internet service from Acanac is to get connected to the office via VPN (check point). The VPN connected fine to the office after the internet was setup. Today, I work from home, and try to connected the office via the VPN, but the VPN connection was disconnected right after it was connected due to a network problem. The internet connnection was disconnected at the same moment, but the internet connection was automatically get connected.

Please help me on this issue.

Please send me your Acanac ID i will check your connection quality.

FYI, while the" general" Internet connection DSL/PPPoE/IP has some auto-restoring functionality after disconnects, the VPNs usually need some additional actions, because, say IP could be different and VPN layer is already broken so you cannot continue the same VPN session automatically.
Depending of the software you are using, some solutions could be found but the most important is, to have a stable basic connection without frequent disconnects or fluctuations.

Thanks.
