Gmail Download Problem with both Outlook & Mozella

Since TDS went to gmail May I have unsuccessfully tried to download TDS mail to either clients Mozella or Outlook. I get unable to connect to gmail. Customer service has been no help we have tried everything.
off are the following:
firewall,
anti virus

I am using a wireless action tech

When I use another router I get the same thing

Any suggestions here is needed.
Is possible that the re-direct to gmail is the issue?

The service went downhill when my web files dissappeared from their server, they could see them I could not, therefore no ftp ability.

Since Feb 6th 09 customer server has been so bad that I had to remove my web from their host service as their upper level responce team normal responce is "We don't have that problem here on our end".

However, one tech can duplicate the issue one can't interesting.

They close the tickets and say the issue is resolved on their end, however the issue still exists on my end. So I have had over 18 ticket numbers for these issues with no resolution.

On their end customer service is great tickets are closed however their client still has the issue and gets a new ticket number.

Yes can you tell I am patient six months of issues and only dropped one service.

Can you give us a rundown of exactly how you have your mail setup?

If you have security enabled on the actiontec (s), are you sure you have ports 465 and 995 open?

Here I have my me@tds.net email setup with
incoming
pop.gmail.com
outgoing
smtp.gmail.com

outgoing mail port 465
SSL checked
incoming mail port 995
SSL checked

All works fine for me since the switchover.

Outlook: tools> e-mail accounts> view or change email> next> change/add/remove(depending on what you have now)

When you get to this point add your username and password. Then you have to go to more settings tab and enter the info shown in the pictures. You may have to go to tds.net to change your password to their new long secure password if you have not done so. Try your existing password first.
