Do you use Gizmo5? You can set up GV to forward to G5 via sip. You make outgoing calls by logging into GV and using the call button. G5 is free for sip to sip which is what GV to G5 would be, and GV is currently free. It's a minor inconvenience for outbound calls but hey its free.
